She offers mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and compassion focused therapy (CFT) with extensive experience treating depression, stress-related conditions, and relationship problems. She supports special needs parents and teaches mindfulness and social media awareness to young people.

    Jerome Kagan received a B.S. from Rutgers University in 1950 and a Ph.D
    from Yale University in 1954. He joined the faculty of Harvard University in 1964 and retired in 2000. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, member of the National Academy of Medicine, and has
    received Distinguished Scientist Awards from the American Psychological Association, the Society for Research in Child Development, and the Child-Mind Institute. Among his honors are the Hofheimer Prize in Psychiatry,
    Wilbur Cross Medal from Yale University, and the Kenneth Craik Award from St. Johns College, Cambridge University.
